FIRST THINK vegetables…then add either proteins OR carbs.

Try to eat each part of the plant every day - root, stem, leaves, flower, fruit [mornings ONLY], seeds, nuts.

either

or

Carbohydrates

Proteins

Potatoes

Grains: wheat, rice

Barley, oats, rye, etc.

or

Fish and poultry

Meat

Dairy and egg

NEVER mix the two categories.

And remember, BEGIN PLANNING WITH THE VEGETABLES!

Use olive- or sunflower oil for cooking and preparation.

Drink at least 2 litres of STILL water a day. Always drink between meals, not at meals. Only have enough fluid at meals to keep your mouth moist.
