Fruit Before Noon
- Breakfast: Fruit salad [3 to 5 fruit]
- Avoid orange fruit or juice.
- Fruit should be FRESH and VARIED
- Banana or melon should be eaten on its own.
- [Bananas can also be eaten with porridge…taken as supper]
Planning main meals
FIRST THINK vegetables…then add either proteins OR carbs.
Try to eat each part of the plant every day - root, stem, leaves, flower, fruit [mornings ONLY], seeds, nuts.

NEVER mix the two categories.
And remember, BEGIN PLANNING WITH THE VEGETABLES!
Use olive- or sunflower oil for cooking and preparation.
Drink at least 2 litres of STILL water a day. Always drink between meals, not at meals. Only have enough fluid at meals to keep your mouth moist.
Snack on mixed nuts and seeds…keep peanuts to a minimum.

- caffeine - in coffee, tea, coke, chocolate, cocoa [do not take decaffeinated…use infusions e.g. Camomile, peppermint etc.]

- wheat & all wheat products [if you have trouble with wheat, or need to be gluten free ]
